I’m writing for approval to attend the edACCESS Conference that takes place from (start date to end date) at (the host school and location).

edACCESS is an immersive, four-day, participant-driven edtech conference packed with peer sessions, presentations, roundtables, and focused discussions that will help our school build connections with other IT professionals at similar institutions and find solutions to challenges we’re currently facing at our school. edACCESS presents a unique opportunity to acquire cutting-edge knowledge and skills on the technologies we already use, as well as an opportunity to learn about new technologies we may want to implement in the future.
